There’s no cost to submit an application. A separate $50 fee covers the required background and credit check.

An income of 2.5X the rent and a credit score of 650 or greater is required for acceptance.
Applicants outside of these conditions may still qualify on a case-by-case basis.

The security deposit is $500 and fully refundable granted no repairs are required after vacancy.

A small dog (30 lb limit) or cat is allowed.
A one-time pet fee of $500 will be collected, however there is no monthly pet rent.
There is an additional $125 fee for one more pet.
Two pets max.

We cover Wi-Fi, basic cable, water, trash & monthly pest control.
You’re only responsible for electric.

Yes, each unit comes with a covered parking spot subject to availability.
